Management Profiles

Sean Ryan

Sean has dedicated over 20 years within the building industry.  He has held senior leadership positions with James Hardie, Trex, and US Block Windows.  Sean has extensive channel expertise gained from developing and executing strategies in channels such as two-step distribution, one-step distribution, pro-dealer and builder direct.  While at James Hardie, Sean pioneered their entrance of fiber cement to the market. While at Trex, he pioneered their entrance into composite decking working as a Director with emphasis on National Accounts and National Builders.  In his time at both Hardie and Trex, sales went from the low 8 figures to the mid 9 figures.  Sean's uncanny ability to link people and companies together across all building industry channels has earned him the moniker of 'The Linker'.
